In my opinion, the word please is useless. I do think that thanking someone is a good thing because it expresses appreciation. I agree with a lot of this. People need to think about what they say/do, and think about the consequences. This whole thing reminds me of the Columbine shooting.
I know people don't understand how much a tone of voice means. There is not much worse then when you are excited about something and someone says in flat tone "great I am happy for you" or even worse when you are upset about something and they say in bored or worse yet mean tone "sorry". Then when you call them on it they say "I answered you" or "I said I was sorry what more do you want me to say". This is by far one of the best videos I have seen on Youtube.
Meh; in my opinion, people in this world have always found something to bitch about, no matter if its a big thing or a small thing. Some people will just try and make problems out of anything and if they do that; it just shows you how pathetic they really are, so theres no point wasting your time on them. Best thing you can do is do whatever makes you happy and don't let anyone get in your way. :)
