You ave some fuel-delivery issues there.
Where is the pick-up in your fuel tank -- it seems that during the acceleration of launch, the fuel maybe running to the rear of the tank and exposing the pickup tube.
Apart from the occasional fuel-bubble, I now get very reliable operation from my pulsejet-powered models using a flexible clunk line and combustion pressure.
