If you did this for your final and got a good grade on it you did not go to a school that challenged you that much. Some of the major things that need help in this are the camera work, lighting, and audio. I do say the makeup is a decent job and so is your story ( but in order to be considered good quality i would say you need to invest more in both). I would also change how the trailer is formatted too. Overall I would say that you have something but it needs drastic improvements.

Lighting for outside was brilliant! so difficult to get a good low light shot with the camera's college's have.

actually not too bad for low budget, as far as technical skill you need to work on lighting and frame composition... If you would take foreground, mid ground, and background into more consideration while taking the shot (and used a camera stabilizing device, either a tripod or a STEADYCAM), you would increase the overall look of the piece incredibly.

hey great trailer but you need to use a tripod, the camera work was abit shakey, i would also recomend doing some more shots, and at one point one of the undead is stood still and let himself get shot. i also did a horror/zombie trailer for Media project, that turned out really well. other than that really i would say not that bad of an idea. and hope to see and actual film.
