  • Hello there! Have you considered - Supreme Panic Magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my friend eradicated the anxiety with it.

  • Hi! Have you thought about anxiety zero technique (Go to anxiety0.info)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cooworker pretty much cured panicks with it.

  • @tomgunc No offense Tom, and I totally get what you're saying. But people that are reading this, generally don't need to be panicked anymore or put under any more anxiety that they already are. Trying to overcome fear takes a huge amount of positive thinking and calmness...but just on reading your messages made me start to panic and worry and pulled me right out of that state of focus and calm.

Sometimes, it's just not helpful to voice everything...no offense intended.

  • I am not trying to put her theory down put when your heart is doing 168 to 200+ there is no help....there is no you'll be fine. You are on your own and if the heart can't hang then you just meet your Creator. Yes even if the flight is from LAX to say Las Vegas. But once again, if you are at the begining stages of panic attacks and anxiety it's easy to get off the bandwagon.

  • @tomgunc Thousands and thousands have panic attacks every day, in the sky or on the ground. Their hearts don't just stop. Furthermore, I'd urge sufferers of panic attacks to not take this guy seriously as his his advice is to "get off the bandwagon." If you have true anxiety, there are steps you can to help treat yourself, and the Fear of Flying Help Course is definitely one of them. What you shouldn't do is take somebody who is trolling YouTube videos as a source of reliable information.

  • @EdWont You're a fucking retard at best. I know for a fact that not one person has died due to a panic attack. I get that. The fear of fear is what holds people back. Off the subject, some people don't audition for a part in a movie or a gig because they "fear" they won't do good or just plain simple get the part. It's the same thing. I don't have a fear of flying at all. It's the freaking out on the plane that had me worried since 1996. Have you ever had full blown panic attacks Eddyboy?

  • @EdWont I have been flying since I was 8 yrs old until about 1996. Honolulu, Istanbul, Frankfurt, Sweden, San Francisco/Oakland every weekend from Chicago. I never once had any issues until the what if's came into play. I've gone to the ER with a heart beat of 184 and they were like did you do Cocaine? Weed? Did you take Sudafed? I was Suda what? I couldn't breath right. I was like no, I didn't take anything and I did not drink alcohol.coke or coffee and no chocolate. After 3 hours I went home.

  • @Edwont The doctor said, boy you sure did have a big anxiety attack but I have seen people's heart rates go up to 300 and they didn't die. That made me feel good but I thought he was just telling me that to make me feel better. In the ER my heart did get up to 212 sitting there. I took a Xaxax 1.0mg and a beta-blocker named Atenolol 25mg. Yup so it went down to the 160's after an hour. I have been checked out afterwards on a stress test, passed it good too. It's hard to not remember those days.

  • @Edwont So you can say I troll all you want. I've been there with panic attacks and done that. It's all in the mind and I get that. When your mind is going a 100 mph and everyone around you is so calm and just going about their business and all you have on your mind is what if or I might pass out....it kind of wears on you a bit. I use to work for United Airlines and flew at least 2 times per week, it's not the flying at all. Flying is safe. It's myself I don't trust, I'm not alone. Mr. Troll

  • @tomgunc You said "You are on your own and if the heart can't hang then you just meet your Creator." I took that to mean that you were promoting the idea that if you have a panic attack, you can die. From your recent post, I see now that you weren't trolling, and that I misread your comment. I apologize. Understand that the only reason I posted my comment was to slake the fears of others who might believe that having a panic attack can lead to death, so they shouldn't fear that while flying.

  • If people have panic attacks....true hard core panic attacks then it's not the flying they fear. They fear because there is no returning or going back to safety. I think this way...hey it's only 4hours and 32 mins to go there and 3 mins back or 18 mins back. Not much you can do unless you take a boat load of medication perhaps. When you are in the early stages of panic it's easy...but once you're in panic mode for 10 or 20 yrs good luck breathing from your belly and being super positive.

  • Also, please note this video starts out talking about panic attacks triggered by flying. Flying is very taxing on the vestibular (inner ear) system. When your vestibular system is not functioning correctly, your brain gets confused by the inputs it receives and triggers the flight or fight response which in turn causes most of the other nasty symptoms of attack. I suffered as well and I know what it's like. I'm not here to make money, I just want to help. Get your ears checked folks...
