I agree, but I think the larger appeal of this is twists on familiar things we have over here. I live in Queens, NY so I am surrounded by authentic pakistani, mexican, indian, chinese, japanese, korean (where the menu isn't in English)...but I subbed to them for variations on things we have here

I tried the prosperity beef burger when it first came out in early Jan, reminds me of HK diner style beef steak with black pepper sauce.
