I am an Irish citizen from Kosova who was evacuated here from the war in 1999 (voting YES in the Lisbon treaty).I am very concerned regarding the ongoing peace and stability of my country and its neighbours.Could I ask if, in view of the recent opinion poll which sees the victory of the NO vote in the referendum, what message will be delivered to the people of this very still unstable region, who, almost all see the EU as their only hope for the transformation of the region?Thank you Naim Haliti
