All you do is shoot microwaves @ 90 degrees towards the ionasphere & use ionasphere as a mirror then have a receiver on the ground just over the horizon. I just want to point out that there is NO such thing as lethal voltage. .1 amps or higher is lethal to humans, it's the amount of electricity that kills you, measured in amps, not the electricity's difference in potential, measured in volts. You could have 200000000000000000 volts and .01 amps n it wouldnt kill you, likewise you could have 200000000000000000 amps and .01 volts and it would kill you.

Not true, The human bodies resistance makes it impossible for something such as 12 volts to penetrate it! Amps is based on resistance , Voltage helps overcome this resistance creating amp flow. IF the capacitance is available the amps will flow according to ohms law. Thats why voltage is lethal.

@ddanvos68 - you got it wrong. Voltage does not penetrate - amps do. 12 volts across a body will cause amps to flow, but due to the relatively high resistance the amps will be low.

Once the voltage get to a point where 0.1 to 0.2 amps of AC current flow through your body then you are dead.

Amps is what kills, not volts.

whats happening is he is using a static ion generator which is spewing ions into the air simulating the earths charged atmosphere at higher altitudes.the energy is then being collected on the cymbal(capacitive top terminal) and thus pulling down the ions back into energy to be used in his circuit.when i made a mini tesla coil one wire,the same effect happened,i smelled the ozone ions and my volt meter was showing energy coming backthrough the coil again!its really amazing, hes doing a great job!

with a radiant energy colector you can run a house but it would take a large surface area, or you can make a charging system where its charging a battery with less surface area, but it takes longer.from what i figured is that it would be about a 48' by 16' area on one side of a regular slopeing roof to give about 16 to 24 volts.using both sides would theoretically give 32 to 48 v!!. this isnt enough to run a house, but charging a battery bank would make it possible to indirectly run your house.

I'm a big tesla fan and I like the explanation for how the tower works but all you have there is a capacitor... notice that the spark isnt a constant flow of electricity... it is being turned on and off... during the brief period that spark is "off" the cymbal is charging from the -ion generater then it releases the charge as a spark when the potential is high enough... isn't it? I'm doing some vids on Tesla and Free Energy at the moment if you want to check them out...
