Great workout. Thanks for sharing this vid exercise Rick, this helps a lot for a beginner like me. Specially when I don't have a personal trainer whom I can ask what to do to build up my muscles. I'll just gonna follow your posted vids and hoping that it will give me good result. That I'm sure...
Please post other techniques/exercises on how I can workout my lats. Been asking some trainers here but it seems like they know know what to do. More power!
these are really very useful. I am just starting with hanging leg raises at home and also with the swiss ball and have found your directions really comprehensive.
This is BY FAR the best glutes isolation exercise to my experience!! Dead lifts are great, but the effort is divided by all of the legs and glutes. With this one I felt the effort was solely on the glutes. Thanks allot!
@tyciol It does have that in common with a bridge.. It is more like a dead lift but with the knees bent and less weight, there is less stress on the back.
Yes this is good thank you, weight plate/isolation stuff for a bit of variety I like it. Give a pat to Ninja for me a keep up the good work I'll look out for more !
@xSebas6089x If your really sore you may need to give your body more time to recover. I work each body part once or twice a week. legs definitely only once
@xSebas6089x It depends on what kind of sore, and what kind of workout you're doing. When we are working legs, glutes I think it's important to let them recover before you do another workout. Since those are such big muscles I only train them hard about every 5 days. Arms and shoulders are smaller muscles so you may train them more frequently. Maybe twice a week if your doing a split program. Hope this helps. Persistent back, joint pain, see your doctor!
lol the cat

This reminds me of glute bridging where since the knees are bent there is more glute less hamstring as hip extensor
