I can see that you know what you're doing, for that, I believe in you and the products you recommend! :-) I'll try to get my hands on stuff you recommend, do you have any eating scheme, like do you drink alot of water for example?

@Yakumei U r too sweet! <3 I don't have any particular diet... just fresh, natural whole foods (organic whenever possible) and yes, lots of water (at least 8 cups/day). I put some recipes & nutrition stuff on my blog (the link is in the more info box). Hope that helps hun! :)
