The thing about breakdancing in sweat pants is thats its rather baggy, so it kinda gets in the way of his swift floorwork movement

well i guess it depends on his bboy style, some wear sweat pants, some wear shorts, others wear skinnys, and some dress casual. I guess kakashi is kinda the casual style bboy.

That, or he just simply didnt have the pants and was winging it with some jeans
