whatever - let me just say that a blip upwards means NOTHING when it's pretty clear that foreclosure properties are falsely being kept down.

you sell homes ... that's how you make your money. the fact you report these b.s., optimistic numbers without telling people about the shadow inventory tells us that you are just a salesperson trying to look objective.

and it's pathetic. that's my point. were your stats facts? probably - but who cares? there ijs a wave of COMING foreclosures!!!

@rtardbox We DID mention the shadow inventory for the homes - did you not listen to the video? Clearly you just want to rant and that's your right. It's our right to report facts so buyers and sellers know current market conditions. Those can change and we do REPORT shadow inventory impact

in addition, the fed gov. just announced 400,000 foreclosures in addition to those in the delayed process of the oct 1st ruling are being released in 2012

@rtardbox All of the facts in this video came from the GLVAR MLS system. If you want to dispute facts that's your choice but wouldn't call real facts horse crap. You make a lot of generalizations but none specific to the Las Vegas market. We mention the Oct 1 law impact & banks may be holding foreclosures. Inspire false confidence? Far from it. We report actual trends & facts. Sorry you don't like hearing what's actually happening in the Vegas market on the day this video was created.
