@roxxyroxrulz I'm almost positive this is fan-made. Some images are from the 17th Naruto ending (Naruto 1 + Shippuden), others have inconsistent quality. Some images are stretched, which wouldn't be too odd, but others are not. Also, I've never heard of a manga that has one colored item in a page of black and white (it appears in anime and some western comics, but not manga). The dialogue also does not seem to have the same quality (or at the very least, voice) as shounen romance manga.
