I was right! Your second version of the drawing was so much better.I also loved the way you gave the illusion of making it look like you were drawing the first version again,but you didn't. For the 3rd one,I suggest using colour for the drawing because the skin tone with a regular pencil makes Vanessa lokk a little too dark.And, on the colour concept, if you don't want to,you don't have to.Just a small suggestion. But, awesome just the same.

Thank you, and it takes me between 2 and 4 hours for most of my drawings. The bigger ones take from 5 to 10 hours.

I'm sure you can draw. Just get a grid, get everything in proportion. The outline is the hardest part, shading is a breeze.

Well what I do is put a grid on an image on the computer. Then I put a grid proportional to that one on a piece of paper. It is a lot easier to draw in 100 small squares than draw on one big piece of paper. I draw a dark grid on a separate piece of paper and put it behind the one that I'm drawing on so the grid won't be on my final drawing.

Oh, just do this: Depending on how big your paper is, draw straight lines at every inch or every half inch both up and down. That makes a grid to draw from. After I do that, I usually go over it with a black marker to make it darker

Rather odd, but I use toilet paper. It's soft so it picks up more of the graphite. Using my finger just makes the shading look grainy.

Mine's not perfect, trust me on that. The video compression hides a lot of the flaws in my drawing. If I were to send you the 5 megapixel image that I took, then you would see the imperfections easily.

This is one of my better works. My best, though, are the 2 Sarah Karges drawings I did, well at least in my opinion.

so you can have some good tips

for your next peice, try to make the face a

little more symetric

you weren't off on t a lot though so not too bad on that part

and for the hair you don't want the top part too egg shaped

other then that you shading was very good
