I miss taking Tae Kwon Do in Hawaii... the most legit teacher I ever met.. my master was a 5th degree black belt I think by the time my family moved... we learned lots of stuff and did meditations then stretching then techniques and sparring and then more meditation. Now I don't know if there are any legit teachers around where I live now :( I only made it to green belt...

that's because people give out blackbelts like nothing in places outside of Korea and even in Korea the standards are low

You have to go to Kukkiwon in korea for an official blackbelt and you have to get tested by the officials there.

However it isn';t until 4th or 5th degree that Koreans will recognize you as a true blackbelt. 4th blackbelt is the minimum required to teach TKD in Korea

it's very beautiful  i'm form spain and in my country you never can see anythink like this i and some friend do taekwondo but we only do competition i would like to get to do something like this because it is really impressive

wow....thats amazing! do you know where i can find the song? my demo team is much smaller and mostly kids but we really could learn a lot from this demo and we are always looking for music with a beat that you can do martial arts too, this was perfect. If you can find the song name let me know plz

i guess the music does not matter because these guys fix their music so they can have certain beat at the moment. sorry that i dont know the name of the song
