@lebrent It is not a foul because there is no referee. If there was a ref it would be all ball fouls...which basically means all cue ball fouls count plus if you touch any object ball its a foul as well. With no referee it is cue ball fouls only...touchin it with the tip, scratch, failure to contact the lowest numbered ball first...etc....
