I am 35 and am going to have to have this done as well. I am nervous as all get out. This video is very informative and I am still just as nervous after watching it.
i had my right hip totally replaced 6 yrs ago and had this procedure done on my left hip 4 yrs ago im 26 yrs old and i have so much freedom now and no pain just minor aching intermittently. As you can see its quite fun
Hi there. All done, what a difference this has made. Still little sore in the area where they opened me up but no more pain in the femur or pelvis. Fantastic.
Booked in for the 9th July to have surgery. There are 2 things that I am scared of and that is, 1, I have been in pain for 12 years now and have dont remember what it is like not to have pain and the speed that my left hip will move after surgery, I may not be able to keep up with myself..LMAO...
I was contemplating resurfacing, I cannot help but feel nervous about this surgery but when I weigh up the pain that I have had for 12yrs and ongoing daily this is looking very likely. At present I recieve 4 injections into the hip per year but not yet getting much relief apart fom the 4 hours after the injection. Should I carry on getting injections or is it time for surgery?
