If you have hacks, you can just position the camera still, but without hack, you'd need to save clips as replays then in your editing software, hit record once your viewing the replay. For specific camera angles, hit "L", or "R" for Gamecube controllers, and I think for numchuck, use "B" and "C". I could be wrong for the controlling part though xD
