  • Thank you so much for your love of God. Please see my Orthodox Christian video promotions on youtube under 'marykfilms.' My upcoming documentary will examine some surprising discoveries about mankind's sacred roots, and it will verify the eternal truth of Orthodox Christianity.

  • Great information. I just want to add that eastern Africa (Ethiopia) has most of the Orthodox christian (50+ millions of people).

  • Fairy tales and myths.

  • Thus "Pious Fabrications" was born.

  • I believe you said the way to salvation is through the Orthodox Church. The Roman Catholic Chruch says the same thing, but the Bible says the way is through Jesus Christ...

  • @jlcgrama The Orthodox have been steadfast in keeping the teachings, doctrines and theology of the early church. The Latin church has deviated, added or changed.

The New Testament Church is the new planting of God , the Lord Jesus Christ, by His earthly life, His death on the Cross, and His Resurrection. The church indicates the unity of a community with the whole, with the body of the whole Church of Christ. Our spiritual home.

  • @jlcgrama Yes, the way is Jesus Christ, but the accurate faith to Jesus Christ and correct knowledge about God and divine is necessary. Then if no church, how distinguish which teaching is true and which is heresy. Church is body of Jesus Christ and the truth is kept in it. And what do you think what is the purpose of the church?

  • That was VERY interesting and informative - thanks for the download!

  • Orthodox Church is fake church. Almost same as RC! Repent, study the Bible, call to Jesus for salvation and go out of false ritualstic tradition of men. Jesus condemned such :"Making the word of God of none effect through your tradition, which ye have delivered: and many such like things do ye"Mk 7:13, also: "Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ."Col 2:8.

    omegaman radio is good start!

  • @LuKe10559 It's useless to comment your meaningless post. I only want to advise you to read: "Matt,16:18;" "Tim, 1:6,7; 3:15; 4:1,2;

  • @Delisi7

Well start reading the whole Bible for yourself, all right?. Do you know Jesus and have personal relationship with Him, and is He your personal saviour? check omegaman radio tv

  • Im Macedonian Orthodox :)

  • Yay! My Christmation ceremony was last Sunday! Thank you because the information you presented and the way you did it helped me learn and to make my decision to convert.

  • The Orthodox Catholic Church broke away in 1054AD [The Great schism]-both churches were obviously once-one church. The Roman Church still exists with its hierarchy in place with apostalic succession from Saint Peter-our first Pope. The Orthodox no longer recognizes the pope as the head of their Church. The Roman church is the original & its strcutural clergy proves this as does historical documents through the ages.

  • @truthfulreply The Orthodox Catholic Church was one and is one for today and this church is ORTHODOX CHURCH without any modification. And this church is primary successor of the first century apostolic church. This was western pope's church who separated from Holly Orthodox Catholic Church. We have not to recognize the pope as the head of our Orthodox Church. Western Catholic teaching is heresy for today, they add filioque to their Faith and this is big heresy.

  • @truthfulreply It was Cardinal Humbert and the pope's legates who entered Hagia Sophia in 1054, and placed the bull of excommunication on the alter, separating them from the Eastern Orthodox. It wasn't until five days later that the Patriarch of Constantinople then excommunicated Rome. The Orthodox Church does not recognize papal universal authority and infallibility. The Latin church broke away from early church tradition with these new dogmas. The Orthodox are the original church.

  • @vasilyjc1955 Hmmm-it seems to me we have the same heirarchy still instituted under one head throughout the world-you have how many heads? We were on our 153rd Pope by 1054AD-we are on #265 now-how many are you on?

  • @vasilyjc1955 The Orthodox broke away from us-[RCC] & fragmented

  • @vasilyjc1955 Leave him, let he beleives that what he wants to beleive. Seems he beleives in pope instead of Jesus Christ.

  • @truthfulreply You are not familiar with history. It was the Latins who separated from the Eastern Church. The Orthodox have the same hierarchy and are far from fragmented. What about the Protestant Reformation and the Anglican movement, all who separated from Rome's dominance? What about all the Old, Traditional and independent catholics not under the Pope?

  • @truthfulreply

Search something about Jasenovac concentration camp...you will see what is Chatolic church...

  • @MrRatniProfiter I DID AND I COULDNT FIND ANYTHING!

EVEN IF I FIND ANYTHING-DOES IT CHANGE OUR HISTORICAL ROOTS? OR ITS TRADITIONS? OR ITS BELIEFS? OR DOCTRINE? OR THE FACT THAT THE FALLEN FEW IF IT IS TRUE AFFECT THE REST OF THE CHURCH? I THINK NOT!!!

  • @MrRatniProfiter MORE LIES & DISTORTED HISTORY AGAINST THE CATHOLIC CHURCH. GO BUG SOMEONE ELSE......GOOD BYE!

  • A well made video. But I would like to point out that one could argue that the Orthodox Church (a name for the Eastern Church that was used after the Great Schism (as well as the name "Roman Catholic") ) separated itself from the Western Latin Rite Church. The Western Patriarch AND the Patriarch of Constantinople both implemented acts of excommunication and in all fairness, the Catholic Church can also claim that it is the original church.

  • @Tyler1990W No, not Orthodox Church separated from Jesus Christ one holly church. This Church is founded by Jesus Christ himself about 2000 years ago. There cannot be several truth, several charches and several way to truth. Jesus Christ is one and his church cannot be divided because it is one whole holly church. But which church carries the thruth without any corruption and which "church" teaching is false you can investigate that.

  • @Tyler1990W The Orthodox Church has protected original dogmatic teaching about God. Western pope's church made fatal changes in dogmatic teaching of church. Why? The name "Catholic Church" is misappropriation from them.

  • @Tyler1990W There is no argument. In another post I state ,that it was Cardinal Humbert who first placed the bull of excommunication on the alter of Hagia Sophia in 1054. This was during a liturgy. It was later that the Patriarch excommunicated the Latin church.

  • @vasilyjc1955 But the excommunication debate even started when the Patriach of Const. urged, more like demanded, that the Pope and the Western Church not only change a part of the creed that had been activly said by western Christians more than 500 years. ALSO the Filioque was just one of many issues. The Eastern Church basically condemed the Latin church for using unleavened bread. The Patriarch of Const. wanted to be the first among equals.

  • @Tyler1990W Have you ever seen the day before the Orthodox Easter in Jerusalem when the holy fire comes on Jesus Christ's grave? This event happening ONLY ON THE ORTHODOX CALENDAR EASTER AND HOLY FIRE BURNS ONLY IN ORTHODOX PATRIARCH'S HANDS. Look at that and beleive, this is happening every year on Orthodox Easter on such a holy place.

  • thanks for let me know the truth faith orthodox chiristian keep it up. good bless you

  • Read "abc to eternal life" on google. Miracles: Holy Light, Holy Water, Jordan river moving back and many more.

  • My questions to you Orthodox Christians is this:

Why should I follow your ways? My ancestors were Ukrainian and they had their own religion. Why should I follow the religion which was literally forced on them? The old Slavic religion tells of the existence of a supreme god and his descendents who are also gods, so why worship your god? They also tell of a favourable afterlife for the true. Why abandon the old religion for some new one which is from a foreign land?

    Please, share.

  • @Vovk3 Well, i'll try to answer. Nobody forces you to be Orthodox Christian. You are free and you decide what to choose. But the advantage of Orthodox Christianity is obvious. If interested you can learn Orthodoxy, church history and why is the Orthodox church only true church and primary successor of the Old Testament and first sentury apostolic church.

  • @Vovk3, Mentioned above "gods" from you, i suppose you meant false pagan gods. In old times there was different types of idolaty, somebody believed in "sun" somebody in "zeus" somebody in "fire", stars and variety variety of "gods". True God is only one and this God is that which the Bible teaches us.

  • @Vovk3

I am an Orthodox Theologian, styding to one day be an Orthodox Priest in Serbia.I am very aware of Rodnower religion, reincarnation of old slavic paganism, and I as a pan-slavist am very interessted in that. I know most of the God,their meanings, beliveings, and also the pagan traditions of my and your ancestors. I am proud of that past and its my history. But we did not always know the truth, and Orthodoxy brought us knowledge since creation of manking, directly into salvation of our kind.

  • @Vovk3

After all, look at Lithuania, it was pagan and one of largest european countries, and they were MILITARILY ENFORCED and today of their great empire left nothing but a shadow. You think it wouldn't be same with Slavs?Greeks brought us books and its nobles who fought, but Germans brought us pain, blood and steel. Catholic fanaticism and bloodlust would overcome us and today Slavs would be shadow too. Look Great Moravia for an instance,Svyatopulk accepted Roman faith and Moravia disappeared.

  • @Vovk3

But its not just politics. Roman-catholic "church" is just a band of minstrels which put your sins away for money and many other stuff, they are platonic and non-christian, just having christian markings. But Holy Orthodox Church does not change only your view of things, but your hearth, soul and ethics. When did Orthodox made crusades or inquisitions? We don't need violence, our Lord is called "Slovo" - Word. We belive by word given by God, not by coins and sword. Its just morale part..

  • @Vovk3

By tradition, history and many other stuff Orthodoxy has greatest utterance and is strongest.I respect faith of my ancestors and I would like if I would live in their world and belive in faith of my ancestors, but then I wouldn't know the true faith. But now I know it, and I can't stand still while knowing meaning of my existence and ethics which bring your mind and soul state to perfection in council with the meere God.That's why I lead myself into the great task of serving Boga Slova.

  • @Vovk3

Our ancient religion was related to our own nation, to our own proud Slavic kind, but it was just a boundary religion created of meere tradition, it was just a Slavic fairy tale. It was great for Slavs but others? Orthodoxy is UNIVERSAL-CATHOLIC, it unites all mankind to its creator, to the God, which never said nothing of vileness and badness in its core, nore does it have it. It wasn't created by people but by God and helds truth in its hands, and leads mankind into salvation.

  • @Vovk3

Reason why to accept it is because its faith of real God,not people. It has only righteousness and goodness in itself, because our God is good and his faith,Orthodoxy, is brought to us and is nothing but God between people, present in our souls, which doesn't choose your skin race or hair type.It chooses every single man, because every man came from one and all men are the same. Two hands two legs, hearth, soul. Orthodoxy proaches love, faith and hope, which are by themself God and his products

  • There are no Orthodox churches that are in the area where I can reach,(like 45 mins drive), I believe in the way the Orthodox church preaches and its traditions and I think its the most apostolic, but I dont have acess to one in my area. There is a Ukrainian Catholic church which I find to be very similar in believes and traditions, but they believe in the infallibly of the pope. Would you say attending this Ukrainian Catholic Church would be a similar experience to the Orthodox?

  • @EncoresGameplay No.They are Catholic.Orthodox churches and services are totally different.

  • Don't forget the Arameans, our christian brothers who were the first to convert to christianity, residin' in the middle east, the different islam empires and the latter ottoman all tolerated them until kemal ataturk's turkish nationalism, when scores of armenians, arameans and other non-muslim minorities were massacred, yet our Lord Jesus' language llives on in the aramean communities livin' abroad,...thumbs up to ya!!

  • The Catholic Church is the ONE TRUE CHURCH ! Not the "orthodox" church. The "orthodox" church broke from the Catholic Church. The "orthodox" Church needs to unite to the Catholic Church ! The Catholic Church was founded in 33AD at Pentecost not the "orthodox" Come Home to thw TRUE Catholic Church, Come HOME !

  • @dis00612 Keep dreaming. It was the catholics who broke and changed the Christian tradition. "Home" could never be the place of the "Popes". They commanded the 4th crussade against Constantinople, against Christians, a mass murder. I know many catholic who think to convert due to the scandals of catholic church.

  • @PRAET0R11 Your wrong. Study your history !

  • @PRAET0R11 who gives a shit or maybe you. it was so long ago.

i bet the Orthodox church would have done the same if they were in the west or there was an opportunity, humans are humans we do stupid things. who gives a fk jesus loves you , don't sin and go to church there you go thts christianity. You statement just proves orthodoxy is so much in the past.

  • @dis00612 yes, cause paying the pope to go to heaven is certainly god's will

  • @panosmel97 what are you talkin about?

  • @dis00612 NOT PAYING THE POPE TO GIVE YOU A FUCKING PEACE OF PAPER WILL SEND YOU TO HELL!!! this is what im saying. pope is the devil himshelf.

  • @panosmel97 I dont understand what your getting at but are you talking about Indulgences?

  • @dis00612 yes.these shit papers.the way god wants it right ?

  • @panosmel97 I dont think you understand what indulgences are. What is your understanding?

  • I never heard anything about this form of Christians...i dreamed it n looked it up n it was real..idk why i would dream of this or was God telling me something but i know..i came access u all through a dream

  • It's too bad Protestantism is rapidly growing and not Orthodox Christianity (which is the only true Christian denomination).

  • @BayAreaOrBust Actually Orthodox Christianity is pre-denominational. We are the Church, the Body of Christ, not a denomination. :)

  • I was orthodox for around ten years,i was a "reader" and also an "alter boy" for a short time as well as spent much time in monasteries in both Wa, Az,Ak and churches in MT and OR as well,i have ate with bishops and have been company to many orthodox priests families and many monks of which ive worked along side and even personally know an arch priest who serves the bishop himself..I am no longer orthodox

  • i've always wondered about what orth church stands for. interesting video. my question: "the ortho church is the way to salvation for all people" what do yu mean by that?

  • Thanks for the video. So do all Orthodox churches believe that the others are valid and not some heretical offshoot? Are Greek/Russian/etc. churches essentially a national version of the same tradition - i.e. in essence interchangeable?

  • are orthodox tied to us Catholics

  • Love the video ,made me laugh because when i converted most of my friends thought i became Orthodox Jewish . Also very nicely done laying out everything

  • Greeting from Bulgaria .. :)

  • orthodox power, regards from serbia one of orthodox states in europe

  • >They helped kill 66 million in Russia.

It's bullshit. I'm Russian and I know what I'm talking about. Communists fought against German, England, Japan and, surprise, Americans (on the Far East) during the First World War and against German Nazis and their allies during the Second World War. Russia lost more then 30 million people, but won. After that demography in Russia constantly grown till the 90th, when communism was ruined. Study history instead of "Holy" Books...

  • I thinck that the catholic peolpe (the most) are not satanics but only victims of the catholic church... and we are here to save them...

  • Jews and Communists completely infiltrated Orthodox Church, just as Freemasons did the Catholic Church.

They helped kill 66 million in Russia.

Surpringly, Catholic clergy could have their death sentence reduced to amnesty if they converted to Orthodoxy.

    Many refused and became Martyrs.

See FatimaMovement Website and learn what happened to Euro Orthodoxy and how Jews infiltrated it.

  • Interesting, but it seems to me that the orthodox church has begun to be infiltrated by ex- Protestants who, instead of abandoning their rather nasty fundamentalist, Calvinist or Lutheran worldview, have brought it with them after converting to orthodox Christianity , with the result that you now find all sorts of creationist mumbo-jumbo and nasty little "sin" ideologies perverting the purity of the original church. Sad.

  • That was awesome!!! Thank you so much for posting this. People ask me all the time what it means to be an Orthodox Christian and now I can just send them this link. Great work!!! Also, check out the film my brother and I wrote on 11.11.11. It's called IMMORTALS and we definately worked in a great deal of our faith and beliefs into the movie. (even though we are dealing with the GREEK GODS)

  • I am Orthodox christian from Montenegro our church called Serbian Orthodox church

  • Hey thanks i been looking it to joining theme.

  • I think that you forget Russia on the map.

  • NON POPE OF ROME SPLIT with the HYPOCRITE catholic church which just seeks influence and power and doesnt give a DAMN about moral and integrity...they ABUSE the name of the lord this is already indicated in the ten commands..catholizism = SATANIC

  • Nice video brother. I wanted to tell you that I'm following your blog from now on and that i am astounded by the cosmogony that has been going on in the US.

    Greetings from Greece.

  • hey i have been going to an orthdox church lately and need help learning you vidoes help....

  • baptism and many other religious ceremonies are not performed properly in Catholicism. The Pope is head of heresy!Protestants are a waste and lost

  • As a Roman Catholic, I find this video quite tasteful and honest. I believe that the ties in which bind us are stronger than those that would pull Christians apart...please keep up the good work.

  • @trueorthodoxfaith but both churches are catholic

  • @rbd510 Roman catholic church and the eastern orodox church practice the same faith and believe in the same things. You can take the eurchist at a orodox church even if you were raised a roman catholic. The roman pope accept the orodox church as apart of the true church. All because both churches are catholic

  • @spryrambro This is incorrect. The Orthodox and Latin Churches are very different. An individual not baptized in the Orthodox Faith cannot recieve Holy Communion in an Orthodox Church.

  • Wow. Mr. Withun. This is a powerful vid., Thank you for this up load. I am learning a lot.

  • Thank you so much for the video. I'm posting it in the description for my facebook profile. Good work and God Bless.

  • @rbd510

Go to Orthodox Church and talk with some priest. He will show you proof that Orthodoxy kept all Truth which was given from Christ and apostles to Only Church.

Mormons are sect, and Roman-Catholics had fallen from Truth.

  • very interesting, thanks

  • I am interest in the Orthodox church!

I have been looking for a church for the longest time.

I was raised Roman Catholic but I don't see myself as one.

I have been experimenting with Protestant, LDS (Mormon), etc.

    Please help me!

  • @rbd510 Hi if you read the bible it would be great help. As an orthodox i left home and now i am living in europe. I tried to go to other churches for sundays but i never felt like i was in a church. Orthodox church makes a great sucrifice to our lord even in every way you live when you go to church and else where. Try to go to any orthodox church and try the way we fast and the whole attitude of orthodox towards life how we value it. May God bless you lead you his way.

  • Great overview of the Orthodox Church, but please change out the battery in your smoke detector before you record again.

  • Nice video I am an Orthodox Subdeacon

  • i love your pictures :)

  • Very informative . However , one orthodox which is missed out over here is the Indian Orthodox church . Which was found by St Thomas in the year AD 52 .

  • @wilmary69

    Cngrtz:D

  • Very nice!

I also should make a movie, like this! :)

  • That was awesome the way you put this together. Awesome Job! Just for the record to all: I would be considered protestant to most I guess. I do however get SO MUCH truth and wisdom from the Orthodox. Me, I simply consider myself Christian. I wonder what our Lord thinks when are differences, which are actually quite small in most cases, continues to create so much struggle and ill will between us. Peace and Grace to all!

  • Orthodoxy is different from Catholicism, and orthodox means truth....

  • thank you for such a great video

  • love it, i was raised in the eastern orthodox church. it has a very deep stability to it.

i have attended many churches, but my heart is here.

  • Give me a break. If you are holy then why do you sin ? Only God is holy.

  • @Church2Mosque the thing is as opposed to most protestant and neo-prot churches we dont consider ourselves as sinless.we are sinners and only through penance and forgivness can we even think of being saved

  • @beastclaw33 aha so you are not holy then. The big question is also who forgives you ?

  • @Church2Mosque well, through confession to the priest, penance, fasting, prayer, humbleness we ask God to forgive us for our sins.orthodoxy has been described a lot as a way of suffering.its a bit complicated to explain

  • i was really digging it until yo drpped the C word. Catholicism believe in praying to and worshipping of almost every so called saint, including prayer to the virgin mary, you know the deal im sure. how exactly is your catholicism differ from this and does it even differ from this? founded on the pentecost?i think thats what was said... so does O.C. advocate speaking in tongues?

  • @eliaspratt no,speaking in tongues,no.look at for example father's Ilie Cleopa's talk reagarding spaeking in tongues for a postion regarding the matter

  • Why do u dont give us alone pls? We dont speak about u , u dont speak about us ! Give peace to us !

Your pathological hatred of everything Serbian and Orthodox is the poisonous fruit of your inability to build a nation and cultural sterility. Conscious of your spiritual misery and nothingness, you stole everything from us Serbs- language, history, even a genius like Nikola Tesla. WIth God's help we will release all countries that you temporarily hijacked and desecrated. Orthodox is not the largest christian religion, but it is THE TRUE RELIGION.

I am not crying, I am just saying the truth and I know it hurts you a lot but it is your problem.I see all you know is how to insult peple that's who you are.If you sleep with members of your own family it doesnt necessarily mean that otner people do it too.My friendly advice - get a life.

You wrote " what you deserved" well 500 000 innocent people in Jasenovac and 300 000 people during the 90s DID NOT deserve it. And then you call yourself a civilized country.

  • @Corfield777

Ok then lets talk what you did to the peple in Vukovar,Škabrnja,Srebrenica ,and then we have all these massacres:Baćin massacre,Bruška,Dalj massacre ,Erdut massacre,Lovas massacre,Saborsko massacre,Široka Kula massacre,Voćin massacre, after that we have the same shit in in Bosnia:Ahatovići massacre,Doboj massacre,Foča massacres, Korićani Cliffs massacre, Prijedor massacre, Višegrad massacre,Tuzla Massacre,Paklenik Massacre,Markale massacre,Siege of Bihać,Siege of Sarajevo!

  • After that we have the prison camps:Begejci camp,Sremska Mitrovica camp,Stajićevo camp, Omarska camp,Keraterm camp,Manjača camp,Trnopolje camp,Uzamnica camp,Vilina Vlas.Don't forget what you did in Kosovo, and yeah you started the war ! And one more thing, wtf are you saying ??What are you talking about having sex with familly,?We are not doing that !While writting this i went out of letters how manny massacres you did.Now rea this carefully part one and two and think about it !

  • I am an Orthodox Christian from India. Our Church is called Indian Orthodox Church or Malankara Orthodox Church which started by St. Thomas on A.D 52.

  • @robinparackel God bless u my friend! For u there it's a real challenge to keep and practice ur religion in a country divided between other religions like hindu, muslims etc. Keep the faith! God be with u always! I know ur faith and ur strength would be rewarded for sure!

  • @robinparackel Lord Jesus Christ,Son of God,have mercy on your people in India.

God Bless you my Orthodox brothers.

    Greetings from Serbia

  • actually you guys are wrong roman catholic was the first Christian religon that Jesus made and told peter to lead his church. And if so u guys were the first christian how come peter is buried in our church???

  • @ClanLcps Wrong. The entire Church was one, until Rome started to change teachings and dogmas. The Orthodox have kept what the early church represented. Where in Scriptures does Christ tell Peter to lead His Church? All twelve Apostles were equal and received the Holy Spirit on Pentecost. Peter established the church in Antioch and Alexandria way before his martyrdom in Rome. Antioch and Alexandria hold the "chair of Peter'.

The first church being in Jerusalem. Christianity spread from the East.

  • @vasilyjc1955 yes i know but peter again first pope went o rome read the bible. but im not here t argue im on this earth to worship god. sgod bless you

  • @ClanLcps Scriptures does not say that Peter was the pope in Rome. There is no evidence that he was pope in Rome. He was bishop first in Antioch and then Alexandria way before he even went to Rome. Peter and Paul were just martyred in Rome. Christianity spread from the East, Jerusalem being the first church where the Apostles had their synods.. You better read your bible(Acts) and church history.

  • Great video, consise and informative. Thanks for posting!

  • thanks for your videos

  • thankyou for providing this necessary information to all others that they may discover the beauty of our church

  • davidpwithun, If you want to make the video on Holy Baptism for the heterdox, use the book of "I Confess One Baptism" by Fr. George Metallinos. Include this work in the video. I like your videos. I hope this helps.

  • I have been raised as a protestant christian ,but am looking into orthodox christianity and am starting to be convinced that they have it right. What is a stumbling block to me is the fact that baptism is a necessary REQUIREMENT for salvation seems to be contrary to the book of Galatians. Paul preached that circumcision (which can be compared to baptism) is not a requirement of salvation and it was through HEARING by faith that one recieved the spirit... what do you think?

  • @PK1988 I think the shortest answer I can give to this is that that is not the way that the early Christians understood that passage of Scripture. This is precisely why we have to be careful not to introduce novel interpretations -- chances are that if nobody in the first thousand years of the Church has interpreted it the way we are interpreting it, we are probably interpreting it incorrectly. And that, I believe, is the case here.

  • @davidpwithun The passage in Galatians says that we receive the Spirit through hearing... can you explain what the original interpretation means? I can't really imagine any other interpretation than what it seems to explicitly mean.

  • @davidpwithun Also I was talking to my church pastor and he explained to me that no where in the Bible does it say that grace comes through tradition or rituals... grace comes from God through Christ. Is the Orthodox church claiming that it is the only body through which Holy Spirit is given? So if we receive the revelation of Christ and the Orthodox church isn't there to confirm your faith... does it mean that there is no hope for that person... something just doesn't seem to be adding up.

  • @davidpwithun I don't mean to be contentious. I am just asking genuinely to understand what Christianity was to the original Apostles. Are you personally convinced that if a man accepts Jesus Christ as his lord and saviour and accept his perfect atonement but is estranged from the church, he is estranged from grace?

  • @PK1988 Paul preached that circumcision according to the law of Moses as given by God to the Jews as His covenant was necessary. However as Christ fulfils the law then circumcision is no longer necessary however, according to Christ's very words:

Jesus answered, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. John3:5

  • @PK1988 According to Christ's very words

Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in[1] the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, Mathew 28:19

Jesus answered, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. John3:5

Baptism is a sacrament an outward sign of invisible grace that leads to the indwelling of The Holy Spirit. Every Christian who received the Holy Spirit was baptised

  • @Varangius Hello brother. I respect your beliefs, but I am going to have respectfully disagree. When Christ was talking to Nicodemus:

"...born of water AND the Spirit..."

the "and" is emphasized. If read in context Nicodemus did not understand the concept of Spiritual rebirth Also if you keep reading in context, it is clear that by " born of water" Jesus was talking about the water in the woman's womb, not water baptism.

  • 13 Then Jesus came from Galilee to the Jordan to John, to be baptized by him. 14 John would have prevented him, saying, “I need to be baptized by you, and do you come to me?” 15 But Jesus answered him, “Let it be so now, for thus it is fitting for us to fulfill all righteousness.” Then he consented. 16 And when Jesus was baptized, immediately he went up from the water, and behold, the heavens were opened to him, [2] and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and coming to rest on him;
