OK so you just need the chamfer on that edge. OK i'll try it and post it, seems interesting.

Buddy, check out the complexity of the model, when the chamfer is applied on an edge, it runs in a loop, due to curves and filleted edges. The chamfer achieved in such a case is not smooth.
