i had the same problem.. its really quite.. so i just got my self a really old headset(from 2006_ ) its a really high quiality bass headset.. so i can hear well..

You need NO music in ur backround NO ONE interupting.. if some one is shooting in the backround u might miss the right number(pin)

and i know this shit because im lvl 42 in Gwars :3
