It doesn't make a difference if it's a hacker on the 360 or PC, since they can easily be kicked from the game with no hassle. And I don't see why you say "little glitching". Most of these glitches are harmless and coincidental. They don't ruin the game.

Also, the PC version has dedicated servers.
