great dictatorship (Saddam Hussein), and great crimes (911),
just to NOT oppose evil in the world. That's about as close
to a classical sin of omission as you can get. The US chose
to oppose a dictatorship, and oppose the criminals who did
9/11. NOT to mention starting new democracies to prevent it.
