I can't see to write this I have 'laughed till I cried' - very, very funny! I like the last scene of them bashing one another on the head then trying to dig a grave in ground which is like concrete! Thanks for posting! hahahahaha! - still laughing at the thought of it! :D
Marty is amazing! Is there anyway to get these sketches on any DVD's or if not VHS?
Thanks so much for posting these, that's awesome that you knew him. And I gotta say as much as a Python fanatic I am this is funnier than anything they've done!
That end where they keep trying to bury one another, omg it's like a twisted Looney Tunes episode I love it so much! I'm totally facebooking this one!
It's hard to find stuff that actually makes me laugh out loud. Where most others fail, Marty Feldman succeeds. I wish more Americans appreciated this kind of humor.
I used to watch Marty Feldman when I was young, This type of thing and Monty Python pretty much shaped my taste in comedy and sense of humour. Great stuff!!! Thanks for uploading this. You're a Star!
I recently viewed the episode this sketch was featured in at the BFI.
I thought I'd just mention that this sketch actually had a narration over it from Marty. As well as an audience laughter track. Also, I think a couple of shots from this clip were cut in the final show.
Thanks for uploading Marty I have been searching for his stuff for years especially the comedy machine shows to no avail, if you have any more please add them. I love his stuff truly an original. I hope someday the shows will be released along with the DM Golddigger stuff.
The fat farm was the first thing I saw and I still laugh at the memory of it. Wish it was here.
Thank you. My father and I were so sorry when Mr. Feldman passed away, and we feel he doesn't get the attention he deserves as a great comedian. It's wonderful to have the chance to see this skit.
Thanks for this. I have a copy of the "Comedy Machine" episode this comes from, but it's edited, and has a laughter track and narration over it. The narrator, when they join forces says "they decided instead of being two unsuccessful undertakers, they should join forces and become one big unsuccessful undertakers". One more thing, the narrator was Orson Welles.
Keep posting these brilliant rarities. They are hugely appreciated. God bless Marty.
complete genius...British comedy at it's very best and the rest of world knows it. No-one has filled the void left by these guys and perhaps never will.
Thankyou so much for posting these! It's fantastic to see him in some of his best sketches. Hey has anyone here seen "A day in the life of a stuntman" by Marty?
This sketch is causing my sides to split open through laughing so much. Will Mr Feldman please come round and pick up the pieces! Excellent comedy thanks for posting this Hammerman. I'm slowly getting to look at all your stuff it's terrific.
Thanks, thanks, thanks! I've seen clips of this since the 80s but never the whole thing. I'm pretty sure is does still exist in an archive but as with all 70s stuff it is a bit near the knuckle for the PC brigade. Good innocent fun, an why not?
Hammerman I'm glad to see you have a video of this. I have the whole episode on tape recorded of TV. I was scared as I thought it was the only copy. I keep thinking the series was wiped. Do you have other episodes from Comedy Machine.I'll try upload mine when i get them on computer
i gotta say, that was great. i rember watching young frankenstien with my mom but i never knew he did anything after that. i find this sketch particulary funny because i am going to school right now to be an undertaker and i can totally relate to this clip.
I would post more, but I'm unable to. The uploader hangs and doesn't do anything and no one's gotten back to me about why this is happening. I'm using the same format as every video I've already posted. I've wasted an entire day on it and look like a maniac in the mirror!
Thanks so much for sharing such rarities! Perhaps some day they will be appreciated and preserved as they deserve.

When I was a kid, late1960s, we had the Marty Feldman Show. I watched it, but, vaguely remember it.
harpo103 2 years ago
This rare copy of the sketch might not exist anywhere else. Have you informed anyone that you have it?
Marty might have had this copy known that the series was to be wiped. Though this episode was discovered years later through a VHS recording.
Please reply if you can.

Thanks for posting this. I'll leaf through the others later; don't want to spoil myself.
There was so much more talent around in those days despite or perhaps because there was very little money spent on the programmes.
WIsh I had a time machine and a stack of video recorders!
