  • i like to watch this and masterbate with baby oil

  • Wow ur cute :)

  • Hey man nice work on the handstands and the flexibility. I have a few question though. Could you do this stuff as a kid, or weren't you as flexible as a kid?, i mean did you have to train to get this flexible to do the splitz or could you alwayz do it. Because i need to know if you can train to do the splitz if you've never done it before.

  • I started to try splits about a 1.5 yers ago (started to train acrobatics for about 2 years ago). But I almost never TRAIN them (just tried on a warm-up sometimes). So if you really want splits - you can have them in a 4-5 months average. And I'm not kiddin :)

  • Oh, forgot to mention! Now I'm 24 years old )))

  • Hey thanks man for your advice :), i want to join a martial arts class and i have been training to get my flexibility up to do high kicks but i just realised you need to be able to do the splitz for it and i have never done them before and let alone i can't do it anyway. i have been stretching my hamstrings 3 times a day for about 2 months now, but i have realised i have done the wrong stretches in order to do the spiltz. Is there any you could recommend to me??? thanks alot for your help

  • Just my view:

    1) ALWAYS warm up before you do active stretching (jog, jump, anything that make you sweat)!

    2) GRADUALLY increase the range of movement! All swing-like and bouncing moves MUST be controlled; reach your maximum amplitude little by little!

    3) Don't rush. If you'll give your muscles some time to adapt and restore - you'll do right.

    4) Static stretching goes AFTER active, do it ONCE a day.

    5) Active stretching - twice a week, static - ONCE a day (30 minutes is fair enough)

    Good luck!

  • Oh, and about exercises:

If you have a partner - USE HIS/HER help! It gives really great results (for me).

No special stretches, I believe your martial art trainer will show you right exercises. He's a LOT better advisor than me :)

I do standart swings and lunges + trying splits and do static stretches everey evening :)

  • so active stretching is before you commence physical activity and static stretching is after you have completed physical activity (running, cycling etc).

    Thanks alot for your advice!!!

  • You can have your splits in 5 minutes. Get your coach to push you down to the ground and stay there for a good 30 seconds. Keep doing this, add 10 seconds more each time. You will be hurting very badly but you will have your splits for life, guaranteed.

  • I will be hurting very badly probably because i will of pulled many muscles which take time to heal. I think your theory is abit bizarre to be honest. The muscles take TIME to adjust their range of flexibility don't they? So i think a 5 minute fix is a load of...yeh you know. Im sorry but ill have to see your theory to believe it.

  • It'll hurt a lot obviously, but all elite gymnasts go through it. If you're not flexible it doesn't matter because you will be in about 5 minutes. Elite Nationals have hard ass coaches who don't care if you feel pain or not.

  • горизонт! сучка! ))
