Boat, brig with 4 hp yamaha

i got a 285cm long inflatebel boat and a 6hp it takes me up to 21 knots and it can take 15hp!!

i have GRAND 300C I have 4hp YAMAHA it goes about 12 knots (about 22km/h) It can take up to 15hp motor!

Imposible. It isn´t allowed. I have got the same boat(Zodiac 260) and the max power you can put is 4Hp.

And on my Bombard AX2 (2.4m) max power is also 4hp, but I have 8hp on it.
