@badassouthernboy ehh idk about shortening the life span either. i have a exmark metro 48 and ive cut my fair share of thick grass like this and its about 10 years old and still runs like a top

The Rops saved my life keep them up! but mowing a field like that that low requires two passes and this is simply amateurish to mow like that.
