dear auction bay: that is pumice, a volcanic rock known for its porus makeup. the "legs" you describe are caused by still liquid portions of lava flowing over cooled, solid portions until they themselves cool. From the "information" you have provided, I can tell you have no idea where it came from and what it is, and the claim that it came from space is completely made up.  how would you know? did you see it fall? I believe you are just trying to justify selling it for an exorbitant price.
