I play both SB and DW and I can guarantee that Sengoku Basara (SB) is better than Dynasty Warrior (DW) if you like combo systems and want to see taunt action.

Fro me, SB is easy to find the generals in the game since they have some clear symbols to point the position. I got headache a bit for DW since the symbol is very small. It will be worse if the enemies' charactor is looked similar to the charactor we are playing. But the most headache point is...less combo styles... - _ -"

@MrRagalshnagal Nope, the combat system is new, played the demo yet? If not, you should, if you can. Capcom's done a nice job...I just wish it was a bit more strategic like DW, and SW games. Anyway yeah, the combos in this game are really fun.

Ieyasu Tokugawa and Keiji Maeda, they both look so diferent from their other counterparts(DW) but IMO these look a hell of a lot better!

What really not matter is sengoku Basara be a copy of Dynasty Warriors, as you showed transpire. The way the game is the personality and history is quite different and I honestly prefer sengoku Basara for appearing much more interesting not only at this point how much more charismatic characters, in fact. Let me stay with basara

it doesn't matter how different the character relationships are, in the end your gonna be looking at the samething. Your gonna be spending half of your game time in the battlefield. You can ride a horse, guess what you can do that in Dynasty warriors too you can have a speacial attack here guess what you can do that in Dynasty warriors too, you can join into different groups here well guess what you can do that in Dynasty warriors too.

For the record it is like Dynasty Warriors weather it's based on China,Japan or outer space if the gameplay is the same then it is what is. As for the "style" if you can't create your own character or customize how they look...then im not really seeing any style here.

don't get me wrong, I own a Wii and enjoy playing it the point I was making was that games like samurai / dynasty warriors (again don't get me wrong I like those too) you end up mashing the same button to do the same move to kill the same generic soldier as 10 seconds ago. a button mashing game on any console is still pretty much the same, only if it uses the wii's "swing wiimote to attack" like most wii games button mashing looks kinda wrong from some angles, you know what I mean.
