A refreshing version that turns this breezy ditty into a daring anthem. The gutsy French horns are a call to arms, and replacing the uberfalsetto on "better take" with a visceral full voice bellow is masterful. Some of Northern Kings is too dark for me (I can depress my own self, thank you), but I find this exhilarating. The only weakness I found is the broader section...it loses steam, and could have been more effective.The intense vocals in general remind me of Serj from System of a Down.
