How is the aquaponics gardening going? Hubby and I are considering trying this with our backyard pond. We've got a 1200 gal pond currently as well as a pretty decent veggie garden - but our water bill last year was off the charts (600-700 per month). Would love to talk with someone who has actually done this in the SA area. Thanks!

you still doing this after all the water restrictions? I am new to S.A. and was interested in trying something like this- how about water evap in this heat we've had this year?

Good luck with your new Aquaponics system. I am a beginner too but my system is in my basement. I hope to do an outside system sometime soon. Keep making updates I like to keep up with these new systems to see how they progress.
