I have an MSP pushing 9 psi, intake, down pipe, boost controller and 3 inch exhaust. I'd take on both civics and show you how to drive.

LOL i didnt know this was on youtube, my civic was running 8 lbs also, the mazda we found out later had the wastegate stuck open so wasnt building boost properly, but i still would have ownd him with my lil d16 ;)
