Well I can say that I like the intensity and anger in their music but thats it. There is no personality in their music, it all just melts together, its like "Guys let's just create chaos". You acutally wanna hear their talent (which they no doubt posses)

Well therefore I reckon that your not used to some Extreme music if you cant listen to the whole album and that your brain hasent developed to listen to it. But I know what you mean, with some death metal bands I do that. But I dont do it to the bands I started listening to at first. But if I find a new Death metal band, I couldnt listen to a whole album, it'll just bore me. I'll just be "Here we go again". But i'll make my mind up about em if their good and have a few good songs etc.

well this is a newer band for me, the only albums i can listen to by these guys all the way through are dechristianize, i can listen to that whole album, and they have one other album, crap its like icons of evil i think is the one i can listen to for DAYSSSS. i meant that there other stuff and other 5 or however many albums they have get boring after a few songs, same w/ cryptopsy, even though cryptopsys one of my favorite bands some of their songs bore me.

Yeah those are my two favourite albums from Vital Remains, their really good man. Aye Cryptopsy can get a bit boring, but the two album i can listen to forever is None So Vile and One was Not. Both of those albums are classic. Whisper Supremacy is good, but then they use the same guy on And Then you'll beg but his voice sucks, its more hardcore punk vocals. While their earliers albums are hard to listen to because of the production. Their new album though, suck assss.

i heard their new stuff when the lost lord worm is shit. none so vile is sick, once was not is my favorite, i think , the one w/ curse of the great, the pestilince that walketh in darkness and other GREAT TRACKS, album wise, they have great ones, but when i download vital remains discography and cryptopsty discographies( every song they have) on my ipod i end up skipping many songs, and thats what i base it on, not just alblums, cus both bands have their great albums.

yeah, it's not even the problem that the album sounds a little but muddy and the bass guitar is actually quite audible, but the whole album really lacks bass but mostly, it just sounds so... weird, the mix, I don't know... the wrong is shit is too loud and the important stuff is too quiet. normally I have no problem with production, not even stuff like early bathory, but that album is just... well anyway. but the songs would have been really, really good...

The songs that were re-recorded on Pierced from within sounded good anyway. I think there were 2. I havent really listened all through it, I just cant listen to bad production. I can do with some other genres, but with Death metal its really hard. I can listen to Bad production on doom metal, like dISEMBOWELMENT, but thats what gives it the intense sound.

Yeah, true, it can be depressing. I just like how intense the music is. Im not a fan of Suffocations new work. The new album is ok. And Suffocation is arrite aswell. Its just not as good as their earlier work tbh. Effigy of the forgotten and Pierced from withing-best albums. And Despise the sun is an awesome EP. I hated the vocal effects on Souls to deny.

true, those were all fucking amazing albums, i love PfW especially, it's just got such an intense atmosphere, it's amazing, synthetically revived and the invoking are some of my alltime favourite songs. I don't know about souls to deny, don't own it, but I heard it wasn't all that good. I really, really liked suffocation's last two albums though. but I think, since this is a vital remains cover video, I guess we should talk about that, shouldn't we?

Pierced from withing, the best intro ever. I always have an orgasm when those drums come in. Its not that good tbh. Wasent so keen on the new albums. Theres....well too much melody in it compared to like Effigy. I mean Effigy was brutal as fuck. And the new albums, just dissapointed me really. Well Vital Reamins-Death Metal, Suffocation-Death metal. So were talking about death metal haha. But Vital remains is another good band. Their newest album is really good tbh.

actually, I quite liked the extra melody, there are some evil fucking moments on their newer records, and IMO there still just as brutal as in the beginning. well, let's agree to disagree. and yeah, vital remains is pretty good, I respect them mostly because of their new one, which is damn good. when I first heard it, the sheer malice and eardrum shmashing brutality just blew me away, really excellent. killer riffs, and of course, glen fucking benton.

I dont see it that way. I mean yeah I like melody aswell. Like Vital Remains, they have really melodic parts. Its just, compared with their older stuff which just had some slamming brutal riffs, and awesome breakdowns. Theres one awesome part on their new album that has that, but it also has chants, which put me off a bit, as its a bit generic and just didnt work for Suffocation. Yeah vital remains are a killer band. And yes Geln Fucking benton ftw.

Also, the guitarist impressed me so fucking much. I mean the riffs he came up with, the awesome melodic solos. And he did the drums! Just shows hes an awesome musician, and knows what he wants in an album. I mean he did the drums to this awesome song. Also his Screams are killer.
