Nights and Reala are based on boys, Nights is called a "HE" and a "good boy" in Nights 2. :)

I looked it up and here's what it said: There is much debate over Nights gender. Sega has said numerous times that Nights is genderless, and Takashi Iizuka has said himself "Nights is neutral, and therefore has no gender. The impressions of the character with regards to gender are totally up to the player. The game Nights: Journey of Dreams has caused even more confusion, as Nights is referred to as a male, but has a female voice actor, which was meant to make Nights sound like a child. :/

If you watch a certain cutscene in Journey of Dreams, Reala calls NiGHTS a "he".

Also, when Will gets trapped in Helen's world, he called NiGHTS a "he". It was probably SEGA intention to tell everyone that NiGHTS is a guy not a girl because when they saw NiGHTS into dreams, everyone thought he was a girl or a guy and SEGA probably wanted to clear up the confusions!

I really love this video. I also just love watching different videos and seeing peoples sides on the genderless issue. Yes, they are both genderless, their gender is what ever you wish it to be.
