Just to let everyone know, I found out that the company 'Rage' that are creating the accessories such as the keyboard & the mouse etc, have said that they are selling them alongside the game in early november. By the way SWTOR is so AWESOME!!!! :D

@Kirillcankicker actaully its after March 25th (in April) through december 2011 but will probably be released in the late spring, summer or early fall. just expect some sort of delay just incase if it does and you don't, you don't get pissed or something lol

@TheVislo Actually they said late Q2, which begins April 1st and ends June 31st. And based upon the info out there, including Weather Effects just recently being added (which all developers will tell you is one of the last things) they may hit their late Q2 release like they wanted. Jusr speculation, but still, always fun to speculate something truly awesome. May the Force be with You.

@h0llyw00d6586 Yeah but they're no longer saying that, its now simply "2011" although I'd definitly like to see a release in spring ( it may happen) most likely its thrown out the door, they didn't announce anything about the release date at PAX East so they'll most likely announce it at E3 and show their last cinematic trailer which could be a launch trailer. Yeah Speculation, i really wish they would atleast get an update about the release date at PAX East

so do this game have a system of leveling, so that you can distinguish between strengths and abilities?

@PhilxEulogyx Yes the max level is currently set at level 50, they also encourage armor/gear progression theres a video you might be intrested in it shows a Bounty hunter's armor through out leveling up and of course theres tons of different armor sets, you can also mix match armor. its on the SWTOR website. on the front page click on media then trailers then page 2 scroll down til you see it.

It's looks so... ugly. Even lightsabers don't have proper trails. They want release it in 2011 and they even can't do simply object motion blur + postprocess effect to do similar effect as was in movies? Shame.

@SwordManPL Keep in mind this has parts from their very first video which would look more crappy than it is now and also these videos are from the spring/summer so there was improments of combat since newer videos.

i play swg (server: shadowfire), and about 70% of the people on my server are jedi. its sickning. i will never play jedi again. it's just my opinion. i'll definately be playing a different profession than the typical "jedi". Don't get me wrong, jedi are the reason that star wars is around. However, all you fanboys that start playing jedi and make other people jedi, be wary of the bounty hunter >=).

@Wasavirgin112 Not that i don't like GW2 but didn't that kind just get announced/revealed and everyone likes it but didn'tthat happen to SWTOR (not saying no one likes it just saying less people do) infact thats always what happends to mmo's during creation. anyways im saying that people kept saying SWTOR looked far more better then STO and now sense GW2 just got announced peoplelike that game until it gets its restrictions and people will start disliking that game but that happends in every mmo

nah - i think i'll choose a jedi knight with the "guardian" specialization :) sith and jedi classes are almost entirerly the same (except that they're at other sides of the force) anyways

@ProjectCosmos I dont think so, if the jedi consular can change their blade to blue and other colors. I'm pretty sure they can change their blade too.

@WarhammerFan44 The reason if they have saber color restrictions is because like they've said "we want people to notice who the other person is just by looking at them" so maybe saber colors will fall into that

Yeah Jedi are probably going to be weak... they wont give you an OP class or everyone would be JEDI... so dont expect Obi Wan- try the little kids in epidsode 3.

@unclearimage Take into account its a mmo and every class is balanced to a point each class is like a rock, paper, scissors game 1 beats the other while the other beats the other also obi-wan was one of the best jedi thats why it seems he's invincible. Starwars follows the story of legendary jedi not every ordinary jedi are gods. i'm not saying they're going to be weak i'm just saying there going to be not too good there going to be balanced

@TheVislo Well said mate, first and foremost this is and MMO, so balance is essential I have to add tho for the critics, great non force users (Bobba fett) and many others have been able to tango with Jedi and hold their own. But the movies are stories of legendary Jedi, in TOR you'll play an epic, but regular force user.

@RAMPAGION this is an mmo... what do you want? god of war graphics?... uve never designed a video game, i go to college to make video games... the polygon count in one of these charicters is only 4000, in god of war or call of duty the charicters take about 15000... so shut the fuck up, the camera is about 20 feet above the persons head when ur playing this game, it looks fantastic when you zoom out... look at close up shots of WOW and warhammer online, WOW uses non-3D texture armor lol

@RAMPAGION armor, weapon and stat customization, online play, singleplayer instances, multiplayer instances, or player vs player instances, and new to MMO's a realistic fighting system... whats not to love? i cant stand anything thats not a pvp mmo, cause they are too simple... whats better than leveling up a person u made, then killing 4 people in a row who thought they were the best lol, its so satifying... the future of all games is mmo's... dark millenium is a first person shooter MMO
