Violent crime there did go up after strict gun laws were enacted there but not as much as many claim. The biggest thing it did was shift crime patterns towards criminals going after non criminal vics. Women end up taking the brunt of that shift. If a criminal can't get a gun who is he going to go after, a man that might fight back or a woman he can easily overpower?

Violent crime there did go up after strict gun laws were enacted there but not as much as many claim. The biggest thing it did was shift crime patterns towards criminals going after non criminal vics. Women end up taking the brunt of that shift. If a criminal can't get a gun who is he going to go after, a man that might fight back or a woman he can easily overpower?
