No, there is no "Boost" button. What you can do though, when carrying the puck, tap the right bumper (sauce pass) and it will boost the puck ahead and you'll skate up to it a bit faster.

Rarely, Once a player from the opposite team shot and it deflected off one of my guy's legs and into the goal and he was there cheering with us.

by "real teams" i'm assuming you mean the new Club feature. On 360 and PS3 the community is HUGE. On PC, probably not so much since the PC version has been historically buggy and just shit quality.... no one buys it anymore. If anything, they torrent it, and can't play online.

you need to activate fights they dont just happen on their own because if u dont want to fight u dont press the button so u have a choice, hope this helps

the fighting is much more realistic..what's wrong with knocking out someone in one punch? That's how it is in real life, you connect with one of those punches your going down...in other NHL games you could punch the other guy like 15 times before he goes down thats dumb! nhl 09 gameplay is kickass!
