@fosixboy -- "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Moon" is not a real documentary. It is a joke. It's creator, Bart Sibrel tells numerous flat-out lies in it in his attempt to convince people that Apollo didn't go to the moon. If you believe anything he says in it, you need to have a refresher course in high school physics and possibly even 7th grade math. (Or else you simply weren't watching closely enough to catch the lies in the hypnotic voice of the narrator.)

What I said about Sibrel's fraudulent "documentary" is based on the fact that anyone who looks at it objectively and bothers to think for themselves can see that Sibrel is flat-out lying.

It has nothing at all to do with "believing" the U.S. Government (which I would NEVER do) or "believing" NASA.

All it takes is the applicaiton of a little physics, astronomy, and relatively simple math, plus just plain looking objectively at Sibrel's own video sequences,

Excellent video. very well done. To the critics, this is about APOLLO 11, and your harsh comments are sour grapes.

Having been alive at that time, I like the focus on the political situation that our world was involved in.

The Apollo 11 mission was a shining example of what America could do.

That we would do it again, and go to Mars...

I hope that we have the young people with the same resolve that my generation had in the 1950's and '60s.

Nice effort, but I am not sure I would graded it so well. Why no mention of the Mercury or Gemini programs without which Apollo could never have happened? Why no mention of the tragic yet pivatol Apollo 1 fire, without which many faults in Apollo would have gone unknown, unfixed? Why no mention of Apollo 8? Without proof that the trip could actually be made, Apollo 11 would NOT have happened when it did; Apollo 12 or 13

might have been the historic flight.
