@skylinelad09 The thing is that FL is quite simple, which is good for me because i've just started to make music. I have looked into other programs, but they looked to complicated for me. Actually i haven't seen cubase before, is it alot more complicated than FL?

@itzLegion it is a bit diffrent, the priciples are the same but its layed out completly diffrent. if you can use fl pretty well it will take a week or so on cubase to learn it upto the standard of fl. worth it tho man regards

So I also write alot of songs on FL studio, and i like to see what other people do for insparation. Unfortunatly not a lot of people know how to write good music on youtube so when i typed in fl studio awsome techno i didn't expect much... I was wrong =) ended up listening to your shit for like two hours and didn't end up going to bed untill like 1:00 and had to get up in four hours to go to class.... totally worth it!! you should be everywhere keep up the good work

Also the volumes needs to be mastered. You can see at the top that the peak meter is red throughout the song. With a good headset (which BassHunter for sure has) you can't really get the epicness of this song as it's "too much".

The song a really good melody and tune, I just think with some mastering skills and a personal touch this song could be even better.

@DJSmack100 Some sounds needs to be lowered more then others. There's really no need to compensate since the listeners can higher the volume there selves. Making it a more smooth experience for the more used techno listeners.

Also I think you should of had remastered this a couple of times before sending it in to the contest, but that's my opinion.

Mastering volume however isn't always that easy since mixing skill is required (eq, etc)

You need to make it DJ able  DJs can;t mix this it is to random. In a good way,

You need to peice it together in sets of 64 so thats 64 beats befor it starts a new idea. then 64 beats of that new idea. then 64 for beats of another idea. etc

The beginning should be a little lower so you can here the effects, vocals and lead a little better. The piano feels a little blurry. Also learn how to make a VST Bass, It's a lot easier then you think. Other than that awesome song.

I and one other former Travesty member are both big into trance, EBM, and futurepop and have thus directed our future efforts in that direction.

@fastandfurioustokyo its a low square wave with pitch envelopes (its pitch descends). the subs are boosted with an EQ and it also sounds like theres a bitcrusher and some distortion on it. sounds compressed too.
