You can actually sell this weapons to some run-away-slavers for about 500 caps (if you win the "spech" challange) but imidiatly after you could just kill him :P

naah, but idk what i'm gonna do with it, the ammo is pretty hard to find and it's like the fatman, once it's gone it's gone (well that's what i've been told)

you can actaly with all the perks and masks

exlimant ghouls/rats/dogs/bear/ sometimes giant radscoribians things as enimes

and with perks kick the crap out of

radscoribians/ giant ants/ radrochs

so it make the game easyer and there is at soem times a group of helpful giant radscoribians will follow you however you can not steal anything or they will attack you also the other animals effect by the perk will not attack theme untill you steal something so now it just crap people + supers

to make this easier do the tenpenny tower quest were u kill everyone in tenpenny tower and let the ghouls in the reward is this mask that makes the ghouls not attack you waaaay easier

once you have access to the citadel, go to the laboratory, and u will find star paladin cross walking around. talk to her and you can get her to follow u.
