I should mention that what applied in ancient times no longer applies in the modern world. For example, once you get married in the "Eyes of God" you were married for life, whether you wanted it or not.And now, if u divorce your spouse, say because they were beating your children, you can marry again.And,if you conform to the Christian belief, then it's adultury to marry again.Now what does this have to do with gay people?

Whether you believe in God or not, the marriage vow still stands and if you don't honor it, God has the right to judge since he is the lawmaker. You can choose to ignore this lawmaker, but if he exists you will have problems. BTW, it's adultery to marry again if you divorce because you don't honor your marriage vows. If your spouse dies or commits adultery, you can marry again.
