The expansion pack offered various stunts and fire effects. The sword fighting  (sword was a mod) was actually a knife fight scene. Michael used greenscreening to achieve much of it and the blood effects were added in post production using an outside editor more than likely.

Export the movie while in post production. The movie will be in your documents folder inside The Movies folder.

The blood effects is done with a program called Adobe After Effects.
