This is not ballroom East Coast Swing. It is primarily Lindy Hop, with a little bit of Quickstep. The thing is that none of the DWtS pros (this is the opening of the 5th season) are actually that familiar with Lindy Hop, so it does not look as great as a group of Lindy pros would.
Ballroom is really a stylized versions of all the dances people do and sometimes strays from the original feel of the dance. I Lindy Hop and East Coast Swing and people on the dance floor definitely do not dance like this.
just so everyone knows, lindy is a different style of "swing" dancing, and "ballroom swing" IS actually swing, just a different genre. So it is incorrectly stated that the above video isn't real swing dancing.

it's not very together. Sure it would probably be incredibly hard to do, but as the title says, they are supposed to be professionals.
