This is his daughter speaking I am so proud and happy that my dad made this amazing house for me i had about 20 kids on sims 3 in this house and they all got takin away it was funny seeing the sims cry! Haha! Thanks for all of the amazing post guys!

I must say, I LOVE the landscaping/gardening you did on this lot! I love the exterior of the building, it definitely has curb appeal. The rooms are nicely furnished and are great, a little bright for my taste, but wonderful nonetheless. Still working on completing my palace (Check it out under my videos) I am just working on furnishing it. Ideas on the rooms would be appreciated since you did such a good job on yours =D

@AdDiCtEdZ2 no I did not buy that house it took me 3 days of no sleep/ my daughter wanted a house for the game. As far as the Hot rod that was a exp pack. I am working on making a new one soon with my own textures. Editing the .dds files is a pita.. I will post more when i am done. As far as downloading this house I am not sure how to make a file so i can share it with others.. any input would be greatly appreciated
