A lot of people are going to have to become sovereigns again.

Excellent letter. Very well stated. Many people are worried of martial law coming, to that I say BS, the oath and the allegiance of the officers will prevent that from happening. However, it would be a far more radical step to go beyond simply refusing an order, to actually take unilateral military action against elected officials. I think it will take far more than BO signing a treaty, but at this pace, I see the possibility.

The Constitution is only a document that recommends a structure to act within, a framework, for sovereigns. US Citizens are NOT sovereign,they must rely on the government to ALLOW them rights, i.e., civil rights (privileges). If you are registered as a "US Citizen" then the Constitution doesn't lawfully apply to you, you are acting in your corporate person (registered at birth),you are not in lawful sovereign status. A lot of people are going to have to become sovereigns again.

Washington DC and the corporate States authorities (not the Republic States) go immediately to #3: 'Adjudication' if you are registered as US Citizen/Citizen of the State of X. I thought it was a funny statement, because as a chemistry major many toxic carbon compounds came to my mind when I read that. Not talking politics, just chemistry. Oxygen is not poisonous as present in the atmosphere either(O2), but as ozone(O3), it can be dangerous.

The argument against CO2 is that it contributes to a greenhouse affect.
That argument is only partially true as the amount of additional (over norm levels) is inconsequential. Not that it's a poison.
Land use, construction and agribusiness have more to do with anthropogenic warming than CO2. That and ever increasing energy needs and uses.
Bottom unavoidable line is that as civilization grows, it gets hotter.
CO2 is a scam, if you create a lie, it has to hold some truth. fish hooks use bait.

If they wanted to clean up pollution they would have weekly letters sent to each house each town, where and when you can recycle. Half the crap ya can recycle ya cant find a place to recycle it(like dishsoap). yes i know there are recycling centers, but there are more things you cannot recycle then you can. that is where it should start, plus it should not be taxed, which it is, even with 100% lack of information nationwide. besides that, get chemicals such as fluoride OUT of our damn water....

I contacted two state representatives about the possibility that taxpayers, as a protest, could send all their taxes to their state, and the states could forward them to the federal gov not the people. Best response I got was, "I'll get back to you." That was 10 months ago. If anyone knows of a concerted tax revolt, I'd like information. I am currently filing my taxes under protest.

I thought that your letter might address the possibility that all funding for all military operations would be impossible should the civilian government enact a bankruptcy of all its oblicgations.
To me, this is much more likely than the government continuing to be "socialist"...which isn't strictly true. Gov is funding only a handful of private investors, not the population.

Cool letter. The military is 50/50 imo. Normally generals have a chain of command so public can talk to a unit via a Public Affairs officer. Not so much to personnel under the UCMJ. Uh... but it's still not a bad idea. Northcom and Army 3rd I.D. homeland brigade are the ones on active duty right now btw. They will open a can 24x7 anywhere in USA if ordered and are configured in a rapid deployment mobility mode with all the toys and trimmings. They operate under HR 5122 Warner def act.

Excellent letter. Very well stated. Many people are worried of martial law coming, to that I say BS, the oath and the allegiance of the officers will prevent that from happening. However, it would be a far more radical step to go beyond simply refusing an order, to actually take unilateral military action against elected officials. I think it will take far more than BO signing a treaty, but at this pace, I see the possibility.

I read the letter and understand that the fear you had was the rumor Obama would sign a binding agreement that would give up our sovereignty.
A: the agreement would have to be ratified by the Senate in order for it to become fully binding.
B: as I heard today, no such agreement was signed.
I do think the letter was a good idea, as it lets them know we know and are paying attention.
Cause for thought...
But I also think they know and have advised the president to be careful.

Collapsing the dollar is economic warfare. Those regions where sparely popluated, will tend to assert their indepence as they will not require money to maintain peace. I believe 75% of the command will not fire upon the people and, we will see a quasi or out right secession of certain states and regions. The U.S. is logisically too much for any military to handle, U.N. or otherwise. Containing the mess in the cities will be enough.

If you want to look to the military then you need to look at the mid-level grades of officer's and enlisted men. The other thing about the military is that it's basically a cult on steroids. The level of indoctrination/propaganda that soldiers are subjected to is staggering. But I think you lost something in only mentioning the "International Treaty" for a carbon tax. You should have mentioned any trade agreement which usurps the American people of their own self-governance ... each and every one of these "trade agreements" chip away at our sovereignty, without ratification by our elected representatives.

I'm going to have to say two unpopular (but true) things here:
1) If you believe in the constitution, then the joke is on you. The constitution doesn't limit people in power. That should be obvious by now. It only limits you, and the fact remains: you never actually signed/agreed to the contract.
2) I'm not impressed by a "lifetime of service" when I consider the people being served (which certainly isn't you or me), to be crooks and con artists (and that's being gracious).

Well written letter Daniel. I feel your pain, frustration and determination. I propose criminal penalties for sidestepping the constitution. When a member of government proposes a law that is found unconstitutional they should face criminal charges of imprisonment or monetary fines. Look what has happened to the citizenry. People are fined hundreds of thousands even millions of dollars for downloading copyrighted .mp3 files but unconstitutional laws are proposed often without punishment.

I was in the military with top secret clearance. I met thousands of high ranking people and many feel the way you do but would never state there feelings to anyone in high office in fear of losing their job. All the military is a job and most would never do anything to lose that job. I know for a fact that the thousands of high ranking men and women I met and worked with would never take orders to shoot and kill a million men and women marching on Washington to take the country back.

Whether anthropomorphic Global Warming is a hoax or not, there seems to be a certain segment pushing for it relentlessly, even to the extent of faking scientific data.

I know they have a strangle hold on them, but they can use the power of the constitution, as the reason to make the feds stand down.
