Apple didn't invent touch devices people, everyone uses the technology and the technology itself is very old. Apple does it in a good way none the less.

But i think multi touch surfaces are going to be used a lot in a few years and are going to be build by multi manyfacturars.

Just look at how many compettitors the Asus EEE pc has now, it started with 'just the EEE pc'

your both idiots, first of all its going to be able to do alot more than that, this is just an example, LOL my god ever hear of prodotypes??, its going to have all the features of a computer when you first buy it, you can then download or upload things from CD's and stuff, you put a DVD on the side of it and it will load up the movie and play it, there in the middle of making power point and word for it, as well as the other basic applications

This can be used in hotels, restaurants and bars.

Groups of users instead of one guy at a basic PC.

This isn't a replacement for your work computer, iPhone or notebook.

Sweet! I'm sure cleaning the fingerprints off the thing will get old, quick, though. And, unless the surface is made of crystal, there's going to be a lot of scratches in no time. Very cool for fancy home or interacting with costumers.

The border is made out of crystal, not the actual screen. And also the screen is made out of special material so it won't get scratches. That's why it's called technology. For example, the iPhone, iTouch, and touch screen notebooks, ever had one?
