disgaea games have some sweet bad ass songs. i especially love mao's song in this video. and priere is amazingly bad ass, second only to asagi. but her requiem aeternam skill looks weird now. i liked it before when it seemed spiritual, not powerful like it is now. oh, andi love the detailed sprites so i can see priere in all her... gloriness...

not sure how much in dollars yet, but characters are 300 Yen apiece while scenarios are 2000 Yen (Well FuDesco chapter is anyway.)

Ships are 200 Yen and maps are 100.

I haven't seen everything that N.I.S puts out so there was something I got to ask about Priere. I have no idea how she became an overlord to begin with. From what I could tell the only game I saw clips of her, she was a demon hunter or something to that effect.

Mao's Shining Beam attack is a parody of Leo Aioria's Lighning Plasma from the anime/manga Saint Seiya. The crown he now wears is actually Aioria's helmet, to much added comedic effect.

@omexheartless21 i am watching all disgaea 4 videos because it is the only game im paying for dlc. mao just rocks. less reliant on his inner power and more on his insane mind. mao cutting up his enemies and misguidedly thinking he's a hero. these sprites need to get really sharp. i hope in the next disgaea game, the resolution is doubled and hopefully they will get close to an actual anime
