IM CONFUSED? I thought the 99-04 V6 mustangs had 190hp stock. Also I think you might have a vacuum leak or exhaust leak. Im not being mean or anything but I had a small leak in the left exhaust manifold flange one time; so I know the sound. Never had a cai problem but seriously check that out. I would like to see your results then; check for leaks in the hoses of the cai because I think that is really your problem.
It has 161 rwhp to the wheels all engines loose power in transfer...
