I have a puggle and she does this all the time. Sometime you can prompt them to do it if you walk slowly towards them (like an inch at a time) and when they move just slowly turn to go after them. Kinda like a robot is chasing them. It freaks mine out to no end, I'll make a video soon.

So weird about pugs--all three of mine do that after their baths. Just go crazy. I wonder if there's some kind of physical reason... like they don't smell like themselves so they go a bit funny? I would say they're trying to work up a sweat, but pugs don't sweat! anyways... nice vid :)
