Hey my zune HD will turn of by its self and will say its low battery wen it was full before it happened then sometimes wen it turns off it will never turn on again till the next morning or mabey even 2 days. DO you know wats wrong with it???
@monkeyboy82495 I'd suggest trying to plug your Zune into your PC > Opening the Zune software > Settings > Device > Sync Options > Erase All Content.
Other than that, I dunno. I'd say try reinstalling the firmware but I don't know how to do that on the HD.
@KiraYamato56 You can only recalibrate the Accelerometer, not the touch screen. Regardless, I put it on a flat surface and somehow managed to push the recalibrate buttons, but no change. I'm requesting service from Microsoft now.
