The boys in our high school class of 60 play football for each other, and the girls of our volleyball team play for each other. You know coaches by name and everyone in town knows you. I went on to play in college but Friday night games were still my best memories because of being so close to everyone and working our asses off to get a win every week! There was a terrific high school player in Foyil, Okla, by the name of Kyle, he could really play, had the world in his hands when on the field of play, offered scolarships to play in college, but sadly he didn't think he wanted any more school, so he took a job in Kansas swinging a hammer, followed a girl, she dumped him, he drank, wrecked his car, died....waste! But he was magic with the boys of fall.

This is like my little town Walkersville , last year we wernt that good but this year we kicked some butt this year but we didnt make it to the finals but thats all right. We gave it our best , we broke soo many school records , we beat the state champs ( in maryland) ,And i am proud of my brother who was also on the team. My brother has been playing football since he was six years old. He was a senior this year, and it was his last season. He was the team captain and he took football very emotionally. He loves the game so much.... After his last game after his team lost I found him in his room sobbing to this song. It was the one and only time I have seen my brother cry.
One of my best friends was killed in a tragic car accident. He was driving home on the highway 2 hours from his home and coincidentally was struck by a bus full of his classmates coming home from a sporting event. He and his girlfriend both died on impact. I played football with this guy & any football player knows that bond that can't be broken. I'd give anything in this world just to go back to freshman year & play under those lights with him again

He was driving home on the highway 2 hours from his home and coincidentally was struck by a bus full of his classmates coming home from a sporting event. He and his girlfriend both died on impact. I played football with this guy & any football player knows that bond that can't be broken. I'd give anything in this world just to go back to freshman year & play under those lights with him again

Gah I miss my brothers (football team) I always know they'll have my back...before the season started we were like a bunch of strangers but through every loss and win we seemed to grow closer as a team and as a family. I'm proud to stay even today that those guys are my brothers and that I love them.

I quit football this year and i regret it everytime i watch a football game it always brings me back to sittin in the liocker room preparing yourself puttin on those smelly pads( i even miss that smell) and finally puttin that jersey on over the pads and then runnin on to that field and hearing all your friends and the whole community scream at the top of their lungs man i miss that.....im gunna lace up though this fall i wouldnt miss it for the world

my dad was never around but my grandpa was and my senior yr we was playin for the chance to go to state 1st time in 20yrs and we was down 28 to 7 with 8 mins left in the 4th we played our hearts out and tied it went to over time and we scored a feild goal but the other team came back and scored a td we lost that night and i remember my grandpa and coach runing out on the feild to hug me cause i was heart broke and this song reminds me of that night

im a cheerleader in Middle School and our football boys are so close. They can be so wild but by heart football is there life. I cryed this whole video cause there were so many memerios from 2 years in middle school. In 7th grade they got undefeated and now in 8th grade we lost ONE game and the boys and then the next day of school they were sooo mad, but they are truly proud of themselfs for how far they got us Class of 2016. I never did play football in high school. My back wouldn't let me (had surgery right after my sophomore year). I hated high school. Even though I'm married with a baby, sometimes I'd give anything to go back to my freshman year and re-do it all.
